If you are having trouble with loving yourself, we recommend making more time to still yourself and connect with the energies of Source. From that meditative state, you will be better able to remember the love that you came from, and the love that you are. Mother Mary in particular is a wonderful being to ask to wrap you up in a blanket of unconditional love.
