Many of you understand the necessity for healthy boundaries for yourselves, but still hesitate to move into them because you feel like they are somehow cruel to others. Dear Ones, hear us when we say that you cannot harm another by choosing healthy boundaries!
Usually your reluctance to create new healthier ways of interacting with others comes from the idea that they are somehow dependant upon you for wellness and they will fall apart if they don’t have you to hold them together. We invite you to stop and sit with the energy of that belief. Is their dependance upon you appropriate? Is it a true solution to help them move into their self responsibility, truth, and authentic power? Does it help them discover and trust their own capability?
Having healthy boundaries is wonderfully supportive to you and your wellness, but equally important, it allows others to discover their own inner ability to create the wellness they’ve been seeking all along in an authentic and lasting way, and that, Dear Ones, is empowerment. ~Archangel Gabriel

It is an act that is completely disempowering to yourself and will ultimately only end up with resentment and a deep dissatisfaction with your own life.
Expecting others to conform to what you think they should do is expecting them to deny their authenticity. This is incredibly detrimental to their satisfaction with their life because they will never be able to draw to them the perfect matches they desire if they are not emanating their truth. Just like as you walk through the same path in the forest over and again, the path becomes clearer and easier to navigate, so it is with connecting with spirit. The more you make the conscious effort to align with the intention to receive guidance, the easier it is for you to move into that energetic space the next time, and so it goes, until it becomes a comfortable and familiar route.
