The art of compromise means finding a middle ground that satisfies both parties. It is not continually denying yourself or consistently giving your power away in order to get along or not rock the boat. If you make a habit of ignoring your own needs, it will always lead to resentment, which will slowly but surely erode your relationships.

Before you agree to anything, take a moment to check in with yourself. Are you just agreeing to avoid conflict? How do you really feel? Are you angry inside? Does this choice honour you and what you would really like to do?

Dear Ones, ride whatever energies are presenting to you with complete acceptance of their perfection and purpose. If you are feeling energized, use that as an opportunity to take action, as the energies are supporting movement. If you are feeling tired, realize it is time for rest and integration. Your body is always very aware of what the energies are for, at any given time. As you start to harness and work with whatever energy is available to you in each Now moment, you will become so much more efficient and feel so much more supported. What is the one thing you worry most about? We are sure you have taken a considerable amount of time looking at this issue many different ways, trying many different approaches to heal it. If you have done every last thing you can think of, rather than going around the loop once again, why not surrender it to Source? Why not say, “Okay, Source, I’ve done everything I could possibly think of and I’m still stuck. Please take this situation and resolve it.”
You see, if you have been going around and around the same issue without relief, it is obvious that the solution exists beyond what is in your scope of awareness. It would already be healed if your efforting was the answer. Allow us to move it into vaster and greater potentials than you may be aware of.
