Beloved masters, you came from far-distant Universes, Sub-universes, galaxies and planets, and you brought with you a wealth of cosmic information, which was stored within your Sacred Mind for future access. There were stringent requirements you had to pass and solemn vows you had to make. You agreed to come to Earth during these momentous evolutionary times, and then incarnate into greatly diverse and often very difficult circumstances. You made a pledge that when the time came for you to step onto the path of ascension, you would allow us to set aside your free will so that we could take whatever measures were deemed necessary to awaken you. For many, it resulted in a Soul merge, and others who had already awakened to their Soul Self were ready for a merge with a facet of their Higher Self. When the Soul finally merges fully with the Sacred Heart, it is a grand reunion of monumental proportions. Do you have a habit of doing things for others that they can easily do for themselves? Do you dive in to “fix” things before you are even asked for assistance? Do you feel you need to do things yourself in order for them to be done properly? Do you fear people will cease to need you and will reject you if you stop carrying their load for them? Do you feel that love means doing for others and sacrificing yourself?

Dear Ones, if you think that people will fall on their faces if you do not continually do things for them, you are selling them short and blocking them from their own personal empowerment. You are stunting their growth and their experiences. Further, you are robbing them of the opportunity to demonstrate their unconditional love for you, because you are working on the premise that their love and acceptance is conditional upon you doing things for them. Perpetually rescuing others is a form of control. It supports weakness and victim consciousness.

If resentment is an emotion you deal with frequently, it is a clear indication that you are doing what you think you should, or what others think you should be doing, and not following what is in your heart and feels best for you.

This is why we stress the importance of the flow. The flow is the path that supports you the most. It is the path that honours you, and as a byproduct of that, honours all others as well. There is no frustration, anger or resentment when you are in the flow, because it is the path of least resistance, making it filled with far greater grace and ease, and also the path of greatest assistance and energetic resonance for you.
